Delivery – Small delivery charge of SAR 19 to be paid (Free if you order value is above SAR 500).

At this time, we only accept and deliver orders within the Saudi Arabia.

Delivery Timeline


To ensure that you can choose from wide-variety and get things fresh from manufacturer, our Standard processing timeline to delivery/ship your order is 15-20 days. In case, item is available for earlier delivery, we will contact you and deliver/ship it. If you’re travelling soon and can’t wait that long, Send us a private message on Facebook and inquire with our customer services team as to what is available for immediate delivery.

Shipping Address

Make sure to provide precise city, area and landmark information. Especially for customers outside Riyadh, we would appreciate if you provide us with a postal address and it will make it swift for SMSA Express (Our courier partner) to deliver with no hassle for you.

Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.

4- Why your prices are higher than US/ UK prices?

This is specially written as occasionally we do see posts on our wall/comments comparing our prices to the one offered in US. As customer oriented company, we value your feedback regardless of whether you make a purchase or not, but simply ignoring the facts and comparing/expecting the prices same as US is incorrect. We never force anyone to make a purchase with us, unless they are in full confidence. Let us explain you our process. We're here to get a wide range of beauty products from US and UK. We're not the sole distributor of such products thus we do not get factory prices rather we buy from authentic suppliers/manufacturers on retail prices, than pay local taxes (US Upto 10%) and then ship it via air to Riyadh, pay local customs (5-10%) and then deliver it right to you. Thus, comparing the price with US is not a good idea at all while sitting in Saudi Arabia.

Once again, we reiterate that expecting US prices in Riyadh is not a good idea.
